The reservation policy at Grazytravel is unconditional and absolute in its terms and can not be negotiated beyond those conditions which are defined and described in the website.

When you choose your travel package and proceed to make your booking, you will note that on the pages of your booking there is a detailed and full description of all the elements of the trip with the intention of you making a safe and honorable agreement with our office.  Follow the directions carefully and complete the booking form with accuracy, without leaving blanks, so you can be fully covered when it comes to your rights concerning the trip and so our company can accurately and sufficiently provide you with all it has guaranteed for the trip you have selected.

The policy for our bookings and terms of the contract you agree to are described in detail in an accompanying letter on the booking pages which we recommend you read over carefully.  Our primary concern at Grazytravel is to have an exceptional and secure collaboration with our customers without hazy or fuzzy "gray areas" in our agreement.

In this context, Grazytravel guarantees that the packages they design are exactly as described and promises their customers a safe and exclusive vacation in Greece.  We at Grazytravel see our customers not just as visitors but as co-travelers in the, hopefully many, trips we will take together.
